Coming up on its 6th year anniversary, Colin Edwards’ Texas Tornado Boot Camp, a premiere YAMAHA motorcycle training facility is pleased to announce its 2016 schedule.
Scheduled for February 22-28th, the ever popular “Week-Long Racer Camp” is designed for even the most skilled riders in preparation for their upcoming season of racing. Racing experience is required to register for this event.
MCE British Superbike Championship racer, James Ellison had this to say, “Ok, so it’s nearly that time of year again; Christmas? No, New Year? No. Racing season? Nearly! But if I’m honest, it’s better than all of them put together; it’s time for the TTBC Racer Camp!”
Ellison goes on to say, “I have been to Racer Camp now for the last three years and in the last three years I have scored six podiums out of the first six races in British Superbike including three wins! …Coincidence? I think not. Truth is when you spend a week with Colin Edwards and his group of very experienced tutors; you quickly learn that you really don’t know everything there is to know about racing. Every day IS a school day. Racer Camp is the perfect opportunity to get race fit and fired up for the start of the season. I am privileged to say that I am now an instructor at the Boot Camp and will be on hand to share my knowledge with all of you! This place really is Disneyland for adults!!”
It doesn’t stop there. Coming back to the 2016 schedule are the pre and post Austin Grand Prix four-day camps which are surrounding the MotoGP event at Circuit of the Americas. Also, the 2016 schedule of Dirt Wars racing at TTBC will be announced soon.
