CMRA Raising Funds For Transplant Involving Former Official Aimee Brothers And Racer Husband Tim Bemisderfer

From a press release issued by CMRA: The CMRA Aimee & Tim Bemisderfer Kidney Transplant Fund The Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association has established a PayPal account to collect donations for Aimee (formerly Brothers) and Tim Bemisderfer to help cover some of the costs of Tim’s kidney transplant. Tim is scheduled for a kidney transplant operation on Friday, February 11, 2005. Tim’s wife, Aimee, is a perfect match and will be donating one of her kidneys to her husband. Both Aimee and Tim have been long time members of the motorcycle road racing community. Aimee’s family, including her parents Charles and Connie Brothers, were an integral part of the CMRA for over 20 years. Tim, brother Bryan, and their family have been involved in motorcycle road racing for many years as well. Donations can be made by clicking on the Make A Donation link found on the home page of the CMRA website www.cmraracing.com.

CMRA racers donating $15 or more will be entered into a drawing to win race entries for a weekend at the CMRA April 23-24, 2005 event at Texas World Speedway in College Station, Texas.
