Canadian Collins Enters FIM JuniorGP Championship With AGR Team

Torin Collins to race in Moto3 Junior World Championship with Team AGR in 2022!

 

Torin Collins, aged 16 has signed with the AGR team to complete in the ultra-competitive FIM JuniorGP (previously FIM CEV Repsol) Moto3 Junior World Championship (JWC) for 2022.

After spending a year in the British Talent Cup and then 2 years in the European Talent Cup with Italian Team MTA, he is ready to move up to the Moto3 class.

Collins has been based in Barcelona since April 2021 training and racing and has returned to Canada for a few months before planning to return to Spain in 2022 for winter training.

“I am really excited to race in the Moto3 class, I know it is very competitive and am looking forward to riding the KTM, and to continue to learn and develop my riding”.

Anscari Nadal – AGR Team Manager said “We are happy to have Torin in our team next year, we believe is a rider that has not shown the potential yet, with our experience and his will and effort we do believe he can learn very fast in the new category. Welcome to the family Torin!”

Torin will be the only Canadian racing in the Moto3 JWC and the only Canadian to have ever competed in this Road to MotoGP championship.
