LEON CAMIER TO RIDE THE MV AGUSTA F4 AT LAGUNA SECA

Varese, 9 July 2014 – The MV Agusta Reparto Corse team has officially announced that British rider Leon Camier will replace the injured Claudio Corti in the ninth round of the World Superbike Championship being held this weekend at the Mazda Raceway in Laguna Seca.

Because of his serious fall on Saturday during SP1 in Portimão, in fact, Claudio Corti will be out of action for the US-held round of the series. Leon Camier, born in 1986, has won various British championships – 125 cc in 2001, Supersport in 2005 and Superbike in 2009 – and will race as a Wild Card, contributing to further development of the F4 RR.
