California Superbike School Releases 2023 Schedule

© 2022, Roadracing World Publishing, Inc. From a press release issued By California Superbike School:

The 2023 schedule is here! Have a look and get first dibs on your favorite track(s). Yes we will have a fleet of 32 factory-fresh 2023 BMW S1000RR’s which have a number of improvements in chassis, motor and electronics. New for 2023 is the option to bring your own bike for 2-Day Camps at a lower cost. Additionally, special programs are being developed for Level 4 students due to popular demand in the areas of braking, body position, and passing.

Tracks: One track has risen in popularity among all who attended: Pitt Race in the Pittsburgh area. If you’re looking for something new, this is a good choice. Smooth, great grip, almost 3 miles long, elevation changes, and great facilities. We will be at The Ridge in Washington twice (July & August.) Also New Jersey Motorsports Park is getting a repave! If you’re in the Northeast, you can be among the first to ride the fresh track next year (May & August.) For those in colder areas with a shorter riding season, we have Las Vegas events (Feb, March, & April) then returning in the fall. We will be at Barber twice (May & July.) The Barber 2-Day Camps tend to fill quickly there so keep that in mind. We will be going to Sonoma but the track is still sorting out its schedule so if you’re interested, give us a call and we will let you know when the dates are firm.

Note from Dylan: In 2022 we saw a number of shared experiences at the Superbike School: husbands/wives, fathers/sons, and a ton of friends coming as duos, trios, quartets, etc. We even had a grandfather/father/grandson trio. For those who came alone, many bonds were struck amongst riders. It’s gratifying to provide an experience that for some is a lifetime milestone shared with friends, old and new.

Note from Keith: After 43 years of California Superbike School, it still amazes me how the experiences from each day we run can seem so new. Each student, even if it’s their 50th time with us, provides something to think about or to improve on how we conduct a school day. I’ve thanked many of you for coming up with your riding problems because that is how our coaches and I sharpen our training. That you or any rider knows their riding could improve, is the perfect attitude to have. It keeps us on our toes and your riding pleasure and fun will grow, we guarantee it.
