Exciting Additions to the 2024 ASRA Season: Unveiling New Classes and Opportunities for Riders

New Freedom, PA – The American Superbike Racing Association (ASRA) is thrilled to announce an exhilarating lineup of new classes for the upcoming 2024 season, promising a diverse and dynamic experience for motorcycle racers and enthusiasts. These additions mark a significant step forward in enhancing the racing landscape and providing fresh opportunities for racers of all skill levels.

Introducing the Gladiator Street Class:

The 2024 ASRA season is the introduction of the Gladiator Street Class, designed to serve as the perfect entry point for aspiring racers. This exciting class will feature multiple subcategories, including:

Ultra Lightweight Ninja 300, 400 Class

Lightweight Twins Class

Supersport 600 Class

Supersport 1000 Class

American V-Twin Class

The Gladiator Street Class aims to be the gateway to competitive racing for many riders, offering a platform for skill development and fostering a community of passionate individuals.

Revving Up the Competition with introduction of the Outlaw Bagger Class:

May 4-5 Pittsburgh International Race Complex

May 25-27 Summit Point Motorsports Park

June 8-9 New Hampshire Motor Speedway (101st Loudon Classic) in partnership with the NEMRR

July 13-14 Blackhawk Farms Raceway

August 17-18 Pittsburgh International Race Complex

October 17-20 Daytona International Speedway (championship round)

ASRA is proud to present the Outlaw Bagger Class, exclusively tailored for American V-Twin motorcycles. This class will bring a new dimension to the racing scene, combining power and style in a unique competition format. The Outlaw Bagger Class promises to showcase the capabilities of American V-Twin machines in a fiercely competitive environment.

In partnership with the NEMRR the 101st Loudon Classic race will be the largest bagger purse race ever.

Embracing the Heritage with Vintage/Classic Series:

In a nod to the rich history of motorcycle racing, ASRA introduces the Vintage/Classic Series for the 2024 season. This class welcomes motorcycles manufactured in 2006 and earlier, as well as 2 strokes and sidecars. The Vintage/Classic Series aims to celebrate the timeless charm of classic motorcycles, providing a platform for riders to showcase the beauty and performance of vintage machines.

Mark Lienhard, Partner of ASRA, expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming season, stating, “We are excited to introduce these new classes, which not only cater to the evolving preferences of riders but also pay homage to the diverse heritage of motorcycle racing.
