ASRA Racing and affiliated Evolve GT TrackDays just finished a combined event this weekend at newly repaved Blackhawk Farms Raceway in South Beloit, Illinois, and drew what officials are saying was a large rider turnout (129) and the biggest spectator crowd seen at the track in recent years.

In the debut of a new three-day format, the weekend included ASRA races on Saturday and Sunday as well as Evolve GT trackday sessions and a new racers school on Friday. Five additional trackday sessions were held in between races on Saturday and Sunday, and riders who passed the new racer school on Friday received free entries for all their ASRA races on Saturday and Sunday. Races were live-streamed on You Tube.

ASRA and Evolve GT will repeat the same three-day trackday, race school, and race program at Blackhawk Farms Raceway on August 14-16 and on September 11-13. Evolve GT will hold Saturday/Sunday track days (plus a race license school on Saturday) on the weekend of July 11-12.
