Kenny Noyes Signs With Spain’s Top CEV Moto2 Team American Kenny Noyes, third in the 2012 Spanish (CEV) Moto2 Championship, has signed for 2013 with the Madrid-based Laglisse team, winners of the Moto2 series every year since the new category was introduced in 2010 and winners of the European Supersport Championship for the last four years. Noyes will ride the Laglisse Suter in 2013 and a Yamaha R6 in the European Championship. The CEV takes place over nine rounds and the European Championship is decided on a single week-end of racing at the Albacete Circuit in Spain. The CEV Championship, organized by Dorna Sports, is considered the strongest Moto2 series in Europe and is televised live nationally on Tele5, the Spanish broadcaster of the MotoGP World Championship. Team owner Jaime Fernandez Aviles: “Our plan is to continue our run of titles and we are looking to Kenny to get us there in CEV Moto2 and European Supersport and to Carmelo Morales in Superstock.” Kenny Noyes: “I’m really happy to be racing for Laglisse next year. They’re a strong team with a lot of championships behind them and a winning attitude. Coming off the best season of my career, I feel I am ready to fight for the title. I want to thank PL Racing again for getting behind me 100% and putting together the great effort that got us up to third place in 2012 with our Suter.”
