Several AMA teams are currently testing at racetracks in Las Vegas, Nevada and Fontana, California. Today, Tuesday, is the second day of a two-day test for American Honda, which employs Miguel Duhamel and Jake Zemke, and Erion Honda, which fields Josh Hayes and Aaron Gobert, at Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s infield road course. Today also starts a two-day test for Yamaha/Graves Motorsports Yamaha (Eric Bostrom, Jason DiSalvo, Jamie Hacking), Kawasaki (Roger Hayden, Tommy Hayden) and Attack Kawasaki (Ben Attard, Damon Buckmaster) on California Speedway’s 2.36-mile, 21-turn road course. This is the second test of the 2005/2006 off-season for most of the teams and riders, with the exception of Bostrom, who is making his debut as a Yamaha rider. Both of the tests are closed to the public and the media. Most of the AMA teams will make the public debut of their 2006 riders and racebikes at the annual Dunlop tire test at Daytona International Speedway in early December.
