AMA Superbike Race One Red-flagged With Mladin Leading By Five Seconds After Two Laps

Saturday’s AMA Superbike race at Infineon Raceway was stopped on lap three due to a crash that left a rider lying on the racetrack in need of medical assistance. At the completion of lap two, before the race was stopped, Yoshimura Suzuki’s Mat Mladin was leading by five seconds over the field. The race will be completely re-started from the original grid positions. The rider who crashed was David Bell, He was seen walking, with assistance, to an ambulance.
