Racer Aaron Clark is recovering from injuries suffered in a crash during practice at New Hampshire International Raceway last Friday, June 18.

Clark highsided in turn seven but hung onto the bike, eventually hitting a tire wall past where Airfence is deployed. Clark told Roadracingworld.com that he broke the T8, T10, T12 and L2 vertebrae in his lower back, but has no nerve damage or loss of function.

He is resting at home in a back brace and will be out of action for about three months.

Clark won the 2000 Aprilia Cup Challenge Championship on a Roadracingworld.com RS250.

Clark has been working with Seacoast Sport Cycle, located in Derry, New Hampshire, specializing in building engines, specifically installing Clarkie Monster Motor kits for Aprilia V-Twins.
