WERA 2009 SEASON KICKS OFF JANUARY 4TH! The 2009 WERA Schedule is up on the web site, but if you have not seen it yet WERA will start with the 2009 Season at a Pirelli Sportsman WERA West Round presented by Lucas Oil at the AutoClub (California) Speedway in Fontana, CA on January 4, 2009. Fastrack Riders will host a practice day on Saturday the 3rd. Then on January 23-24-25 WERA takes the Pirelli Sportsman WERA West Series presented by Lucas Oil to the Classic Course at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with practice on Friday and racing Saturday/Sunday. The WERA Office will be closed December 22nd through the 26th and December 31st and January 1 through 5.
