In the matter of Rich Oliver v. Sprecher Brewing Co., Inc., the case has been settled and we have all reached a satisfactory agreement with the terms remaining confidential. The case was concerning Sprecher Brewing Co., Inc.’s reproduction of Rich Oliver’s image on their product sold during the 2003 Elkhart Lake AMA Superbike event.
