From a press release issued by Motorcycling Australia:

Applications now open for AIS Training Camp

Motorcycling Australia is now accepting applications from road race and moto trials competitors for a five-day training camp at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Canberra from May 2-6.

Open to senior national competition licence holders 16 years and over, three days of the camp will be set aside for general sports science (nutrition, sports psychology, physiology, strength & conditioning, etc), with the balance on motorcycle-specific training – at Wakefield Park for the road racers, while the moto trials exponents will ride at venues around Canberra.

The motorcycle-specific training will see participants receive personalized tuition from some of Australia’s leading coaches.

Travel and bike freight assistance is available for the camp.

Applications are open forthwith, and close on Monday, March 14.
