TECHNICAL AGREEMENT FGSPORT ARROW FGSPORT and ARROW have reached an agreement to strengthen the tools available to carry out the technical controls in the Superstock 600 European Championship class. This exciting new Superstock category has been created to gain the attention of the main manufacturers and teams and needs absolute technical transparency to grow. FGSPORT wishes to cooperate, from an organisation point of view, with the Federation Technical Direction, supplying them with the latest tools for technical controls. ARROW has at its own disposal a dynamic engine dynamometer at every race, the same type that the best Superbike and Supersport teams use to set-up their engines. This agreement has been made thanks to Arrow’s will and enthusiasm and it will give the opportunity to verify the effectiveness power of the bikes participating to the Championship. Power outputs will, in fact, be measured straight after the end of the race on the on-site dynamometer. The power, torque and rpm. measured on the dyno will give an unequivocal sign of the level of engine tuning, which FGSPORT and the UEM want to be as close as possible to the series bikes. This Championship has been designed to highlight the talent of younger riders, more so than the performance of their bikes. All the acquired data (which will only be at the disposal of the Technical Director and of the UEM) will be used to monitor the technical development of the STK 600 class and to point out significant differences of certain bikes against the average of the values measured on a bike of the same model. In the eventuality that the Federation experts notice the power of a bike is too distant from the general average on the test bed, more technical controls will be carried out on each single engine component.
