Yamaha is testing Formula Xtreme racebikes with riders Jamie Hacking and Jason DiSalvo at Daytona today. The test is part of the company’s preparations for the 2006 Daytona 200 and is being subsidized by Dunlop. Buell had scheduled a test for several dealer teams yesterday but was blown out by bad weather and emergency crew scheduling problems associated with Hurricane Wilma. Meanwhile, Tommy and Roger Hayden are testing Kawasaki racebikes in Japan.
