2006 USGPRU Race Schedule Features New Regions, Tracks, Host Organizations

Odenton, MD. The USGPRU National Championship today announced the 2006 Season Schedule. For 2006 the USGPRU has split the East Coast into North and South regions with plans for two of those rounds to be combined North/South events. The USGPRU has teamed up with new host organizations and track schools and will run events at new tracks for the first time. The USGPRU will also be running an exclusive all two-stroke weekend at Beaverun, PA. We’ve got new relationships with CMRRA at the Streets of Willow and ZoomZoom Trackdays at Reno-Fernley. And the Final National Championship will be at the BRAND NEW Miller Motorsports Park in beautiful Utah! This new $50M facility is going to be a spectacular place for the Final.” “We’ll also have a special first annual 2-stoke Jamboree and Mosquito Extermination Festival at Beaverun, PA. 2-strokes only!!! We’ve got the Metrakit series running with us, Can-Am, vintage big-bore GP bikes, and 125 and 250cc shifter Karts!! Imagine 750cc 3-cylinder 2-stroke monsters out there with 50cc Metrakits and shifter-karts!! Ok, not on the track at the same time. But what a cool weekend this will be.
