Troy Corser, recently voted Illawarra Mercury Novotel Northbeach Sports Star of the Year, has just gone online with his own line of Troy Corser memorabilia. He was very honoured to be announced as the Illawarra Mercury Novotel Northbeach Sports Star of the Year, the region’s premier sporting award. 15 Sports Star nominees representing nine sports excelled on the national and international stage in rugby league, football, bowls, cricket, golf, basketball, surf-lifesaving, motorsport and baseball. Sporting champions, officials and community leaders gave Corser a huge reception when Minister for the Illawarra David Campbell announced the motorcycle ace as the Sports Star winner. Having achieved this prestigious award in 1996 Corser joins an elite few who have taken the trophy twice.
