FIRST PERSON/OPINION Via e-mail: Hi – all of our racing stuff was stolen and a friend of ours told us that it would be helpful to send details to you, so here it is. Thank you in advance for anything that you could possibly do! I’ve attached pictures of both bikes, also the leathers and helmets that are in the pictures are also stolen. The following items were stolen from our garage in Vallejo, California (Northern California bay area) in the early morning on 8/21/09. Abney, case # 09-11935. 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R racebike, vin JKAEXMJ138DA02956. Custom Sharkskinz body work with Zoom Zoom paint job in blue with a black bellypan, #153. Penske rear shock and stock front forks with customized damper rod/valving/emulator. Convertibars clipons/risers with machined spacer to fit the front forks. Black Woodcraft rearsets, pegs ground down quite a bit for clearance. Galfer steel braided brake lines, smoke colored lines. Funky auto temperature gauge, non-digital. Converted to a 428 chain with 18/57 gearing. Shogun frame sliders. The bike had blown a head gasket so was missing its engine, carburator, exhaust system and radiator when it was stolen. 2002 Suzuki SV650 racebike, vin JS1VP52A722103504, with powder coated black frame and swingarm. Custom Zoom Zoom bodywork in blue and white with blue fading to black belly pan, #43, with a blue carbon fiber tank with 41mm Flatslides. Bike has 2nd gen Leo vince exhaust customized to fit 1st gen bike. This SV has gold PVM wheels shod with Pirelli Race rubber 3.50 x 17 rim in the front with 5.75 x 17 rim in the rear. Front end has custom WP forks with Matris 25mm cartridges, and Showa radial caliper Suzuki feet and Yamaha R6 Radial calipers with gold insets, clamping Braking 320mm rotors. Triple clamps are a custom aluminum triple clamp that will only fit this particular bike the way it is configured. Triples are massive aluminum billet and are custom made for these nonstandard forks. Triples are useless without forks and the other way around. Brakes are Yamaha R6 radial calipers and it has an ISR Master Cylinder. It also has a Brand new Motion Pro quick-turn throttle and a custom dry cell battery pack with special Anderson quick connectors, a homemade race harness with no fan and it has an AIM MYCHRON Data Acquisition system on it. Bike has rearsets and reverse shifting. Rear end has a Penske Triple-clicker with a custom one-off Brembo caliper and custom machined hanger clamping a specially cut rear rotor and custom black box aluminum torque arm. 520 gearing with non-o-ring chain. Brand new Woodcraft tire warmers. Helimot leathers, black/orange/grey in approximately women’s size 12, with ‘Maz’ on the back and ‘Lisa’ on the front. Helimot leathers, blue/white/black/silver with custom zoom zoom pattern. ‘z2’ on back hump and ‘kinberger’ below this on the back, ‘jay’ on front. Zooni leathers, yellow/black/red with a bat boy graphic and ‘kinberger’ on the back. ‘Bat boy racing’ on the arms. Red eyeballs and batty motif on the front. Suomy spec1r, special model with the nice liner. Multicolor with tatooish type graphics, predominantly orangish. Suomy Vandal, red/white/blue, with big spade symbol on top.
