Mahdi Salem led the MotoAmerica Twins Cup qualifying session with a best lap of 2:25.884 aboard HistoricGP Custom Leather’s entry on Saturday at Road America. Robem Engineering’s Hank Vossberg finished second. Karns/TST Industries Racing’s Isaac Woodworth and Kevin Olmedo took third and fifth, while M4 ECSTAR Suzuki’s Bodie Paige claimed fourth in a remarkably close top five separated by just 0.351 seconds. But because of his lap on Friday in the first qualifying session, Vossberg retained pole position.
