Aprilia, Guintoli Appeal Monza Race Two Scoring Decision To The FIM International Disciplinary Court

FIM Superbike World Championship Decision of the FIM Stewards Appeal lodged by Aprilia Racing Team & Sylvain Guintoli Following the decision taken by the FIM Stewards at the Superbike race 2 in Monza (ITA) on 12 May to cancel the drop of position sanction imposed by the Race Direction on rider Tom Sykes (Kawasaki Racing Team), the Aprilia Racing Team and rider Sylvain Guintoli lodged an appeal with the FIM International Disciplinary Court and paid the security deposit of 1 320 € within the time limit of 5 days. The International Disciplinary Court will deal with this case in due time.
