Ever wish you could burn a lap of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca? How about doing a lap with some of the top AMA Superbike and World Superbike stars? And how about following that up with a ride to the beach to hang out with the likes of Leon Camier and Martin Cardenas? Well, Yoshimura Suzuki is making all that come true September 26 when they host the Yoshimura Suzuki Industry Bicycle Ride. The ride will start with a lap of the very same Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca that the AMA and World Superbike stars will race on the following weekend (September 27-29) before heading down to the pristine coastline of the Monterey Peninsula. And it will all culminate back at the racetrack for the track for a lunch and a media question and answer session with Cardenas, Camier and their Suzuki teammates Chris Clark and Jules Cluzel. The event is open to riders, staff, media and the public with the ride totaling roughly 24 miles. And you don’t have to be Tour de France winner Christopher Froome to take part… nobody will get left behind on this one. Sign-ups will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. with the ride scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Co-sponsor Felt Bicycles will also be offering demo rides at Laguna, but riders must bring their own helmets and pedals in order to ride. If you want to ride a demo, get there early as only a limited amount of bicycles are available. Ride Details: Where: Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca: Monterey, California When: September 26 at 11 a.m. (sign-ups from 10-11 a.m.) Who: Leon Camier, Jules Cluzel, Martin Cardenas, Chris Clark and you.
