SHELINA MOREDA’S GIRLZ MOTOCAMPS AND GREEN1 WORK TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO CHASE DREAMS.

The Girl’z MotoCamps by Shelina Moreda has a new Scholarship provider – Green1 has put up a full-ride scholarship to attend the upcoming “Family Camp” by Girl’z MotoCamps over June 13-15. Girlz MotoCamps and Green1 held a contest on Facebook to determine the scholarship recipients that incorporated fan likes and shares of the submissions received in the evaluation.

The winner of the contest is Kayla Bentley, a 13 year old from Arizona who has been riding a trail 90 and who wants to improve her dirt bike skills and go on to purchasing her own TTR125. Runner up and winner of $150 towards her attendance at the camp, is Kenzie Rae Fales, an up-and-coming teenage Flat Track racer from Salinas, Ca.

Kayla Bentley – Scholarship Winner:

“Shelina – Thank you so much for me to be able to go to this amazing event! I will show all my effort that I have and hopefully not crash. For all my supporters also thank you for liking and sharing my photo! Green1 thank you for the scholarship! I can’t wait to go and learn how to work the clutch lol! Thanks I’ll be there and I can’t wait.”

Green1 wants to be a part of these growing camps and show their support for getting more people involved in riding motorcycles and potentially going on to race. Green1’s product is used to clean the bikes at the camp after a long day of training. Girlz MotoCamps appreciates these sponsors because it shows girls that when there is a will, there is a way.

Shelina Moreda – Girlz MotoCamps Owner:

“It’s not just riding dirt bikes. It’s a whole experience. It builds confidence, self-empowerment, endurance and strength. One of my favorite things about the camps are the bonds they also build, the students walk away with new friends, new goals, and big smiles.”

“The scholarships that we can offer for Girlz MotoCamps through companies like Green1 are important to me because I want to help inspire people to chase and realize their dreams, whether they are wealthy or not. In motorsports or in anything; perseverance, drive, and character should be determining factors in how far you can go, not your pocketbook. These scholarships help people to have an unmatched experience that they may not have otherwise been able to have. I don’t come from a family who could pay my way for racing, and I have had to work hard to do what I do. This is one way I’m teaching that you can do anything in life that you put your mind to! I have to thank Green1 for their support and making this scholarship possible.”
