18th On The Grid For Wisdom At Penultimate EJC Race Of 2014

With the sun scorching the Jerez circuit in Southern Spain and with a number of overnight changes having been made Alex Wisdom (CADS Racing) posted his best ever lap of Jerez to qualify in 18th for tomorrow’s penultimate European Junior Cup race of the season.

The race tomorrow is expected to run in similar conditions and Alex will make additional changes with the set-up of his CBR500cc machine ahead of the 10 lap encounter in the hope of being able to add points to his already impressive 2014 tally.

Alex Wisdom: “We went faster than yesterday and faster than last year which is positive but the bike was still not 100%. The race as always will be close and I am confident that we can improve things again I will be able to feature in the points. That certainly is the goal as I still have a realistic chance of finishing in the top ten overall. I know I need to get a good start, and fight hard so my elbows will be out going into turn one!”
