Heartland Park Topeka, a multi-use racing facility located in Topeka, Kansas, has a new owner, according to an article published December 17 on the website of The Topeka Capital-Journal, cjonline.com.

After months of uncertainty and several failed deals, both public and private, Heartland Park Topeka is now owned by Shelby LLC’s Chris Payne and Todd Crossley, and the new owners are quickly making arrangements to have the facility open for the 2016 racing season.
