Cycle Gear Hosting Laguna Seca Kickoff Party With WSBK And MotoAmerica Riders July 6 In Gilroy, California

Cycle Gear, the nation’s largest retailer of motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel, will be hosting a World Superbike Kickoff Party at Cycle Gear Gilroy on Wednesday, July 6th, from 5 to 8PM. Located at 6920 Chestnut St, the location will host some of road racing’s biggest stars including World Superbike’s Alex Lowes, Xavi Fores, Alex De Angelis, Karel Abraham, Josh Brookes, Jordi Torres, and Roman Ramos. MotoAmerica racers Chris Ulrich, Valentin Debise, Andrew Lee, Draik Beauchamp, Nolan Lamkin, and Cory Ventura will also be onsite representing the American series. Dorna’s WSBK announcer, Michael Hill, will be emceeing the event and holding a Q&A session with the racers.

Alongside the riders, industry vendors will be onsite providing giveaways and services. Roadracing World will be taking donations for the Roadracing World Action Fund where 100% of the proceeds go towards providing soft air barriers at tracks throughout the United States. A randomly selected donor will win an Arai Corsair X Nicky Helmet the night of the event.

Other vendors include Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Monster Energy, Dunlop, Galfer, and Catalyst Reaction Suspension Tuning who will be providing basic suspension setups [for a fee]. Drawings will happen at the top of every hour with prizes including a set of Dunlop tires, a SENA Prism Action Camera, tickets to the races, and more.

And for the fans that can’t attend, stop by the Cycle Gear Megabooth located onsite at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in the Marketplace throughout the race weekend. It will be the place to be with special promotions on the world’s biggest brands in motorcycling, meet and greets with the sports top riders, and giveaways all weekend long.
