The recent cancellation of the August 6-7 WERA event at VIR, due to re-paving timeline issues, has put the 2016 RBoM Challenge into a holding pattern as other options are being explored. This race has not been officially cancelled yet. There is still plenty of competitor interest and we will update the racing community when more information becomes available.

On a side note, since the Band of Misfits had some new found time to kill, RBoM Racing headed north last weekend to win some big N2 Trackday sponsored purse money at the N2/WERA Steel City Superbike Challenge 4-hour Endurance race. 2015 RBoM SV Challenge competitors Chris Parrish, Simon Buric, and Mike Copoulos ran a flawless endurance strategy, needing only two pit stops for fuel, to complete the 4-hour race in 6th place overall and 1st place in the Lightweight category.

More RBoM Racing news to follow shortly.
