Lake Elsinore, Calif. (October 10) – The Team Hammer Advanced Riding School & Pro Practice program will go on as scheduled Friday, October 20 on the famed 3.51-mile infield road course at Daytona International Speedway, in Daytona Beach, Florida.

School students will receive classroom and on-track instruction from Michael Martin and Chris Ulrich. Martin is a former AMA Pro and F-USA rider and a five-time WERA National Endurance Champion with more than 50 overall endurance race wins to his credit. Ulrich is a recently-retired AMA Pro/MotoAmerica Superbike racer, an AMA Pro Superstock race winner and a two-time winner of the 8-Hours At Daytona.

In addition, MotoAmerica professional racers Valentin Debise, Jake Lewis and Nick McFadden will also serve as riding instructors.

This is the only opportunity available to riders without a racing license to ride at Daytona International Speedway. Graduates of the Team Hammer Advanced Riding School are eligible to apply for a CCS or WERA racing license and can even participate in CCS and ASRA races later the same weekend, October 21-22 at Daytona International Speedway

Licensed racers are welcome to sign up to get instruction and tips from the Pro riders in separate school sessions, or licensed racers can sign up for one or more of the Pro Practice sessions.

The pre-entry deadline is 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time on October 13, 2017. Post-entries will still be welcomed as late as the morning of Friday, October 20, but anyone waiting until after the pre-entry deadline will have to pay a higher price and may have to wait longer at the sign-up building at the track.

Team Hammer Advanced Riding School graduates wishing to participant in the school again can do so at a discounted rate. Riders seeking these discounts are required to provide proof of prior participation.

Rental riding gear–including leathers, boots and gloves–is available, but making arrangements in advanced is required.

Riders can sign-in/sign-up for the Team Hammer Advanced Riding School & Pro Practice on Thursday, October 19 from approximately 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
