JD Beach Makes His Big Return to Superbike This Weekend in Atlanta

PHOENIX (April 4, 2019) – After his debut in 2011 at the very young age of 19, Attack Performance Estenson Racing’s JD Beach will make his long-awaited return to the Superbike class this weekend at the MotoAmerica season opener at Road Atlanta, April 5-7.

Coming off his second title in the MotoAmerica Supersport class, Beach is eager to get back to racing and tackling the premier class. He and his team have been putting in the hours this off-season, both on-track and off, to prepare for the Superbike season. In spite of a wet winter, Beach has been able to get acquainted with his Attack Performance Estenson Racing Yamaha YZF-R1 and work on getting it dialed in to do battle.

The 2019 season marks a big year for Beach, who is pulling double duty campaigning for titles in the premier classes of two major U.S. championships – American Flat Track and MotoAmerica.

JD Beach — MotoAmerica Superbike #95:

“I’m really excited going into the first round for the MotoAmerica series. It’s going to be a lot of fun, but it’s going to be tough. I’m starting this new challenge with the Attack Performance Estenson Racing team in the Superbike class, which I’m really looking forward to. I think we’ve done a lot of good work this winter. I think we’ve done the best that we can to prepare ourselves for this new challenge. I’m definitely going into it open-minded. I know there’s still a lot that we are going to have to learn, but I think it’s going to be a lot of fun. I can’t wait to get to Road Atlanta.”

Road Atlanta is streamed live, Saturday, April 7, on MotoAmerica Live+ starting at 10:00 a.m. ET and Sunday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. ET. Catch the race on FS2, Saturday, April 6 at 2:30 p.m. ET and Sunday, April 7 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
