ROAD AMERICA UNVEILS NEW SELFIE STANDS

– Snap the Perfect Photo at America’s National Park of Speed –

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., May 15, 2019 – Looking for a beautiful backdrop to capture that special memory of you and your group of friends and family during a Road America event? Getting the best shot at Road America just got easier. Just in time for the 2019 race season, Road America has installed selfie stands in several great locations around America’s National Park of Speed.

The stands are designed with smartphones in mind, complete with platforms ready to hold any size or style of mobile device, allowing visitors to safely snap that coveted selfie or group photo in front of one of Road America’s most popular views or landmarks. The custom built signs provided by CTECH Manufacturing instruct users how to set their smartphones on a shelf positioned at an ideal height, allowing users to create customizable angles to capture the best image.

“These selfie stands are a great addition to Road America as we continue improve the fan experience,” said President and General Manager, Mike Kertscher. “We encourage our visitors to take advantage of these stands and share their experiences at America’s National Park of Speed with friends, family and other fans.”

Visitors are encouraged to share their photo using the hashtag #ROADAMERICA and @roadamerica on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. From time to time Road America may choose a photo to share on its jumbo screens during events so make sure to use the hashtag to get your photos noticed.
