Team Obsolete Annual Holiday Gathering at the Historic Clocktower Building

Racing notables attended an end of year celebration at the Team Obsolete headquarters, featuring the pedigree racing motorcycles campaigned this season. Including: Arter Matchless #1, “Surtees Special” AJS 7r, Agostini’s MV Agusta 350/4 “Electronica”, Benelli 350/4, Dick Mann’s BSA 750 triple, Don Vesco’s BSA a50r twin, MV Agusta 350/3 and of course the iconic Honda rc165 six cylinder 250.

This year’s guest of honor was none other than noted rider and team manager Roberto Gallina, who traveled from Italy just for the occasion. He spoke passionately about his partnership with Team Obsolete and the projects they have collaborated on over the years, trading tales with Dave Roper and team owner Rob Iannucci, describing their many experiences over the decades. Despite the snowy weather, the evening was well attended, and many friends old and new passed the hours bench racing. A great way to wrap up 2017 on a high note, and get everyone inspired for 2018.
