CMRA at MotorSport Ranch This Weekend
This coming weekend, August 17th-19th, the Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association (CMRA) hosts its seventh round of the 2018 season at MotorSport Ranch in Cresson, Texas. The track is located just 30 minutes south of Fort Worth on Highway 377.
Friday’s activities include the CMRA Racer Licensing School, all-day racer practice, and the CMRA Track Experience.

Saturday’s schedule includes Mini and Ultra-Lightweight Sprint races, Team 60, CMRA Championship Endurance Finale, and the new CMRA Superteams. The day concludes with the trophy presentation and trackside Meet & Greet party sponsored by B&J’s Austin Motorcycle Parts. www.austinmotorcyclesales.com.
Sunday’s schedule is sure to be an action-packed day with a full schedule of competitive CMRA Championship Sprint races. The green flag is scheduled to fly at 10:25 for the first of the 20 races planned for Sunday. Weather and schedule permitting, a spectator lap of the track will be offered during the lunch break.
Gates open each day at 6:00 a.m. and we race rain or shine! Weekend tickets to the event are only $20 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and just $15 on Sunday. There is a $5 wristband refund for participants leaving Saturday night – turn in your wristband at the gate as you leave. Tickets are good for the entire weekend. Ride your street bike to the event and you’ll pay just $5 for entry on both Saturday and Sunday! Kids 12 and under are free. A spectator lap of the track will be conducted during the lunch break on Sunday, schedule and weather permitting.
