I went from a fitness competitors body to eating whatever I wanted and ended up looking how I did on the left.... YIKES. Post-competition was probably one of the hardest processes of recovery my body has went through and I'm just glad I was able to use a program that got me back on my feet!
T H R E E weeks of portion control, following a guided plan, and 30 minute workouts everyday and I'm now starting to love my body again! Even tho the scale didn't move a single number during these three weeks, I can see I lost inches!!
