Suzuki Motor Company tested a prototype MotoGP racebike at Motegi, Japan on Thursday and Friday of last week, with Randy de Puniet aboard and Davide Brivio supervising. The new bike is an Inline-4 to better tie-in Suzuki’s future MotoGP racing effort with the GSX-R line of sportbikes it manufactures and sells. If all goes according to plan, Suzuki will rejoin the MotoGP World Championship full-time in 2014.
