Lord Drayson, Minister of Science and Innovation and Le Mans race driver will not only make the Keynote Address at the Motorsport Industry Association’s (MIA) Cleaner Racing Conference but also launch, at 11.00 am, the Italian eCRP 1.0 electric superbike that will race in the TTxGP world championship in 2010.
The R&D dept. of the Italian factory CRP Racing is producing its e-motorcycle for teams participating in TTXGP 2010 series, the world’s first zero carbon, clean emission motorsport event.
The eCRP 1.0 will be unveiled in Birmingham on 13th January at the Green Conference "Cleaner Racing Conference" organized by the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA) and will be on show the following day at the Autosport exhibition.
The Italian style and design on two wheels, the eCRP 1.0, is a pure racing bike, easy to handle for its dimensions and shape, with a strong "racing" look, coming from CRP’s extensive knowledge and experience in motorsport and state-of-the-art technologies.
This is the first made-in-Italy zero emission motorcycle in the prestigious TTXGP 2010 Championships which will see races taking place in UK, North America and Italy! The combination of CRP and TTXGP shows the real benefit of working together to progress innovative technology and, at the same time, bring the first eGrandPrix to Italy.
TTXGP is writing a new chapter in the history of motorsport and working with others to fuel the next generation of engineers and technologists who will make the difference in defining the future of our planet.
