Long-time CCS official and Race of Champions paddock announcer Art Staples was arrested Friday at his home in Manassas, Virginia and charged with distribution of child pornography, according to local news reports. The news reports said that Staples, 65, worked part time as a sheriff’s deputy for Prince William County but was fired after he was arrested.
