WHO WE ARE

Roadracing World Publishing, Inc. is a high-performance motorcycle news and entertainment service, providing content over a variety of media formats. Products include Roadracing World & Motorcycle Technology magazine, available in print and digital editions; and www.roadracingworld.com, an online service of Roadracing World magazine.

The official website of the Roadracing World Action Fund, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization promoting motorcycle road racing safety education to help prevent injuries at the racetrack, is hosted within the www.roadracingworld.com website at www.roadracingworld.com/actionfund.

HOW DATA IS COLLECTED AND USED

We collect data you give us when ordering a product, and we use information that to fulfill your order.

We use an online digital magazine service, PageSuite, which processes our online subscription orders received through our website, www.roadracingworld.com and provides customer access to the online edition of Roadracing World. Through our PageSuite account, we can access the online subscriber database for the purpose of maintaining subscriptions and fulfilling print orders, and our use of the database is within PageSuite’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Subscriptions orders that we receive directly or through our online store are processed in-house. We keep subscription information on current and expired subscriptions for the purpose of servicing the customer.

We do not share our subscription mailing list or customer personal information such as addresses, phone numbers or email addresses with any third party for the purposes of marketing to you. Your data may be made available to third party service providers who help to fulfill your subscription order; for auditing or data statistics; or for sending emails on our behalf. 

We may use the phone number or email that you provide to us to contact you regarding your subscription or product order. Monthly subscribers may receive Subscription Notifications through email services such as Constant Contact. Subscribers may also receive other emails or mailings regarding products, surveys, contests, or events which may be of interest to you. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Roadracing World Action Fund lists donors on the website’s Contributor pages, showing the donor name and accumulated amount donated. If you do not wish to have your name and donation listed, please be sure to let us know at the time of donation that you want the donation to be anonymous. No donor personal information is shared with a third party.
