AHRMA’s two-day Vintage Festival drew nearly 600 race entries on Saturday and featured packed grids on Sunday as well, with 19 races on Saturday and another 18 on Sunday. AHRMA’s classes have expanded in recent years, and this year’s event attracted front-running MotoAmerica Next Generation Supersport machines and cutting-edge electric racebikes as well as a wide range of vintage motorcycles.

Christopher Spargo won the featured 350 GP Vintage Cup race on Sunday at the AHRMA Barber Vintage Festival at Barber Motorsports Park. Riding a 1968 Yamaha TD2, Spargo took the win over Rob Hall on a 1965 AJS 7r and Alex McLean on a 1967 Harley-Davidson Aermacchi Drixton. Dave Roper was fourth, ahead of Jim Jowers and John Tunstall.
Oliver Hutchinson won the Open Two-Stroke race on a 2007 Yamaha TZ250, ahead of Jacob Trosper on a Honda RS125 and Sven Bley on a Honda RS250.
BITTERSWEET RACE WEEKEND FOR AMERICAN ROSSI MOOR AT JUNIORGP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Rossi Moor’s FIM JuniorGP World Championship Moto2 weekend at MotorLand Aragon in Spain started very well. The first qualifying session ended with Rossi in third position, guaranteeing him a place in Q2; he was then classified sixth, earning the sixth spot on the grid. The opening laps of Sunday’s Race 1 saw Rossi run a pace that gave him more confidence with the bike itself and above all Rossi understood the characteristics of the Pirelli tires that he used throughout the weekend.
The race was very exciting and Rossi managed the tires well enough to give him a chance to win a battle for eighth position, which Rossi lost by only 0.055-second.
Race 2 saw Rossi make a very good start and at the first corner he was already in fourth position; after two more corners he moved into third position, passing Mattia Casadei. After a very tight first lap Rossi was still in sixth position and kept his pace. Some of the riders ahead of him were going faster but Rossi decided to focus on conserving the tires in the first half and to then try to exploit that advantage towards the end of the race. In fact on the eighth lap Rossi was in seventh place and running a full second faster than he had been at the start. Unfortunately in Turn 12 on the 10th lap Rossi was forced to brake earlier that he expected to avoid a rider with worn tires, contact became inevitable and both riders crashed and slid into the gravel, fortunately without serious physical consequences.
(Rossi finished the weekend with a 9th place in Race 1 and a DNF in Race 2.)
Rossi Moor: “Saturday was a difficult day for me as it rained all day and I had to adapt to the bike in wet conditions in a very short time, but my place on the grid gave me a lot of confidence for Sunday’s races. In Race 1 I think I did well as it was my first official race with very aggressive opponents and I am very happy with my 9th-place final position. In Race 2 I had a good start and then I tried to find a pace that save the tires and allow me to get to the end of the race fighting for the podium. Unfortunately, on the 10th lap in Turn 12 my opponent braked much earlier than I expected and we touched, both of us falling. I am very disappointed because the podium was within reach. But I would like to congratulate my MMR teammate Mattia (Volpi) for his fourth-place finish.”

Teenage American Racer Kristian Daniel Jr. Qualifies 2nd in FIM JuniorGP European Talent Cup

American teenage motorcycle sensation Kristian Daniel Jr. continues to make waves on the international stage, securing his best-ever qualifying result in the highly competitive FIM JuniorGP European Talent Cup. In the sixth round of the 2024 season at the iconic Motorland Aragon Circuit, Kristian topped his qualifying group, putting him in second place on the grid for Sunday’s race—a major milestone in his young career.

Kristian’s standout performance saw him finish qualifying practice in first position in his group, which consisted of 22 riders. The European Talent Cup, known for splitting its field into two qualifying groups, showcases some of the most promising young racers from around the globe. Kristian’s lap time not only dominated his group but also secured him a prime front-row start for the weekend’s race.
This marks the best qualifying result for the 15-year-old American in the European Talent Cup, a series that has launched the careers of many top-level racers. Kristian’s success is also a testament to the dedicated efforts of his AGR Racing Team, who have worked tirelessly to prepare a highly competitive motorcycle for this round. With part of the weekend run in dry conditions and other sessions affected by rain, the team faced the added challenge of setting up the bike for both. Their ability to adapt quickly and deliver a bike that performed in all circumstances was key to Kristian’s impressive qualifying result.
“I’m really happy with how qualifying went,” Kristian shared after the session. “It was difficult to finish Friday with such an up and down, but Saturday morning I made sure I reset and went out to enjoy the wet session! I felt really good in the wet and I just carried those same feelings into the qualifying! Overall really good and ready for tomorrow!”
Sunday’s races promised to be exciting, with Kristian positioned perfectly to challenge for a strong result. Fans in the U.S. and around the world are keeping a close eye on the young rider, whose potential is shining brighter with each race weekend.

Moto2 rider Max Toth, of the United States, was left to rue tyre choice and had to settle for P18 on the grid. (He finished 16th in Race 1 and 14th in Race 2.)
American Max Toth (27) finished 16th and 14th in the two Moto2 races at Aragon.
“The day overall was really good. In the first session I surprised myself because I’ve never taken this bike out in the rain. To be that close to the front and go straight to Q2 was great especially given the struggles we’ve had and four months off the bike (due to injuries),” Toth said. “In qualifying we simply made the wrong choice of tyres but I kept it upright, gained more confidence and I’m happy. It’s been a long time since I’ve been at a race weekend with a smile on my face for this long.”
After the races, Toth left Aragon happy with his performance and nabbing two championship points by finishing 14th in Race 2.
“Our pace after the midway point was really, really good comparatively to the front guys we just lacked that jump at the start,” Toth said. “I had a shifter glitch in race one which set me back to dead last and I couldn’t get my rhythm initially, but I just had to keep a consistent pace which brought me back to nearly within reach of the points.
“We have to be happy because this is the best races we’ve had all year and I think we have to look at it as ‘this is how we’re starting, not how we are midyear.’ So, it’s not a bad way to come back after five months of not racing. It was very tough physically but we will focus on continuing our conditioning to be in the best shape possible for Valencia.”
Stefano Manzi took the victory in the second Supersport World Championship race at Estoril, ahead of Championship leader Adrian Huertas and Valentin Debise. Lucas Mahias, Bo Bendsneyder and Federico Caricasulo completed the top six.

After scoring seven podiums in nine races, Sara Sanchez (511 Terra&Vita Racing Team) achieved her first WorldWCR race win today, just snatching victory from championship leader Ana Carrasco (Evan Bros Racing Yamaha Team) across the line in a WorldWCR race 2 that didn’t disappoint.
Determined to recoup valuable championship points, Maria Herrera (Klint Forward Factory Team) moved straight into the lead when the race began, with polesitter Sara Sanchez hot on her heels. With the pair soon joined by Carrasco and Beatriz Neila (Ampito / Pata Prometeon Yamaha), it was this quartet of riders who took turns out front, exchanging places through almost every corner of this 12-lap showdown.
As Sanchez celebrated her maiden win, Carrasco and Herrera joined her on the rostrum, able to console themselves with another solid podium finish.
Having banked another 45 points this weekend, Ana is the Estoril round’s highest points scorer. Earning a tenth consecutive podium today, the Spaniard now holds an 18-point lead in the championship standings over Herrera, with one round left to run.
Third in Saturday’s Race 1, a tenacious Neila ran with the frontrunners from start to finish today, missing out on third by just 0.146 of a second to finish P4.
Also deserving of an honourable mention today are Italian Roberta Ponziani (Yamaha Motoxracing WCR Team), who ran with the frontrunners early on before ably managing the second half of the race to secure P5, and Pakita Ruiz (PS Racing Team 46+1) who ran a consistent albeit rather solitary race to conclude sixth.
American Mallory Dobbs (Sekhmet Motorcycle Racing Team), Mexican Astrid Madrigal (ITALIKA Racing FIMLA), Chilean Isis Carreno (AD78 FIM Latinoamerica by Team GP3) and Czech rider Adela Ourednickova (DaftMotoracing by Smrz) all boosted their respective points tallies by rounding out the top ten.
Lap 4 brought an unfortunate crash for Tayla Relph (Tayco Motorsport) while she was lying sixth and pushing to reach the frontrunners.
A difficult weekend for Jessica Howden (Team Trasimeno) ended prematurely after she crashed on lap 7.
Emily Bondi (YART Zelos Black Knights Team) served a long lap penalty in today’s race after receiving a sanction for irresponsible riding in Saturday’s Race 1. Chun Mei Liu (WT Racing Team Taiwan) was unfit to compete in Race 2 after a crash in Race 1.
With three riders still in with a shot at the championship title, the WorldWCR season finale will play out over the weekend of 18-20 October at the Jerez Circuit in Spain. With one round left to run, Carrasco (208 points) now holds an 18-point lead in the standings.
Herrera (190) and Sanchez (166) are the only riders still in with a mathematical chance of challenging Ana for the title at Jerez. Neila (136) and Ponziani (109) round out the top five.
The second race of the day for The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship got underway on Sunday afternoon as the riders faced a 21-lap race at the 4-kilometre Estoril Circuit. Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) had a flying start to the race as he took the hole shot into the first corner ahead of Andrea Locatelli (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) and Superpole Race winner Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati). Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) had a poor start at lights out, falling to fifth position behind Yamaha rider Jonathan Rea (Pata Prometeon Yamaha).
MACKENZIE, LOWES OUT: Riders crash in early stages
Misfortune for British riders Tarran Mackenzie (PETRONAS MIE Racing Honda) and Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team) struck during the opening stages of the Portuguese race, with both riders falling out of contention within the first 4 laps. But all eyes were on Championship leader, Razgatlioglu who recovered back into a podium position on lap 4, and once again proved his dominance as he displayed impressive overtakes to move into second and then first position ahead of Bautista on lap 7.
DUCATI DUO: Bautista and Bulega chase #54
Stablemates Bulega and Bautista exchanged positions as the #54 Turkish rider increased his lead at two thirds race distance, but it was Bulega who eventually took the reins into second and led the pair as they hunted down the lading BMW rider. Further back in the field, Garrett Gerloff (Bonovo Action BMW Despite) was forced to retire from his race after facing mechanical issues and despite impressive form in their Estoril weekends, Race 2 ended in disappointment for riders Iker Lecuona (Team HRC) who crashed out of contention from fourth place, and #55 Locatelli, who also ended his race in the gravel.
Out in front, an unstoppable Razgatlioglu wheelied across the finish line with an outstanding five second lead, as Bulega led #1 Bautista to complete the Portugal rostrum. Jonathan Rea missed out on a podium spot in third, whilst an exciting race battle between Michael van der Mark (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) and Xavi Vierge (Team HRC) resulted in the riders taking fifth and sixth positions. The Barni Spark Racing Team had reason to celebrate today as Danilo Petrucci won the Independent Riders’ title, crossing the line in seventh ahead of fellow Italian Andrea Iannone (Team GoEleven) who completed the top 8. The Championship winner will now be crowned in next week’s final round as the paddock heads to Jerez, but will it be Razgatlioglu or Bulega who rides to glory in Spain?

The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship delivered a thrilling 10-lap race at the Circuito Estoril on Sunday morning, as the riders took to the track under perfect racing conditions. Starting from pole position was Race 1 winner Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) who led the field from lights out, as Danilo Petrucci (Barni Spark Racing Team) chased down the Turkish rider into Turn 1, whilst Andrea Locatelli (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) and Jonathan Rea (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) battled for a top three position.
EARLY FIGHTS: a chaotic start to the 10-lap dash
Championship contender Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) was outside of the front pack in the early stages of the Superpole Race, and at the front, spectators witnessed close racing between Razgatlioglu, Petrucci, Rea and Locatelli as they displayed an exciting battle for the lead. Fresh from Saturday’s Race 1 win though, the #54 was determined to repeat his success, managing to gap his rivals and take a confident lead as the race began to settle.
HUNTING RIVALS DOWN: Bulega makes early gains
With the Championship title at stake, 24-year-old Bulega, increased his race pace in an effort to catch the leading group, and with eight laps of race distance remaining, overtook into second position, hunting down title rival Razgatlioglu whilst Yamaha’s Locatelli dualled with Petrucci for a potential rostrum finish. Despite a strong race start for Rea, he fell out of contention as he suffered a slow crash into Turn 10 with 6 laps remaining, making way for Spaniard Xavi Vierge (Team HRC) and Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) to move up the rankings.
CLOSEST EVER FINISH: 0.003s separate Bulega and Razgatlioglu
Finding some late race place was Ducati rider Bautista, who moved into third ahead of Locatelli and #9 Petrucci as the Superpole Race entered the closing stages. Stable mate to the #1; Bulega, also found some impressive speed, managing to close the gap on Razgatlioglu as the WorldSBK riders entered into the final lap. The race was to be decided on the final straight to the chequered line though, as Bulega entered the slipstream of #54, and stunned spectators as he claimed the win with just 0.003 seconds between the two. #11 also achieved a new race lap record of 1’36.178, as he shares the podium with Razgatiloglu for the 7th time this season.
REDDING 10TH: British rider completes top 10
Bautista improved on his performance from Race 1, achieving his 17th podium of the year as he claimed third place, whilst Locatelli led Petrucci over the line to take fourth and fifth. Alex Lowes (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK) was close on their tails in sixth, as Vierge and Race 1 podium finisher Iker Lecuona (Team HRC) took seventh and eighth. Italian Andrea Iannone (Team GoEleven) just pipped #45 rider Scott Redding (Bonovo Action BMW) to the chequered flag as they rounded of the top 10 in the Superpole Race.

Alex Lowes led the Sunday morning warmup in Superbike World Championship competition at Estoril over Xavi Vierge and Alvaro Bautista. With standing water in several places around the track, many riders opted to sit out the session.
Stefano Manzi led the morning warmup in the Supersport World Championship session at Estoril over Federico Caricasulo and Yari Montella. Valentin Debise was fourth, ahead of Lucas Mahias and Glenn Van Straalen.
Stefano Mesa converted pole position into a comfortable win in the featured AHRMA Pro Challenge race at Barber Motorsports Park. Mesa, riding a Boulder Motorsports Pierobon X80R with a Ducati 1198cc V-Twin Superbike engine, completed the 11-lap sprint 5.757 seconds ahead of Hayden Gillim on a Vesrah MotoAmerica Supersport Suzuki GSX-R750.

Tyler Scott on a Vision Wheel M4 ECSTAR Suzuki MotoAmerica Next Generation Supersport GSX-R750 finished third, less than a tenth of a second behind Gillim. Danny Eslick on a TOBC MotoAmerica Supersport Triumph 765 led early but finished fourth, and Gus Rodio on a MotoAmerica-spec and restricted Supersport Ducati V2 Panigale was fifth, ahead of Kyle Ohnsorg on the second Vision Wheel Suzuki.

“The day overall was really good. In the first session I surprised myself because I’ve never taken this bike out in the rain. To be that close to the front and go straight to Q2 was great especially given the struggles we’ve had and four months off the bike (due to injuries),” Toth said. “In qualifying we simply made the wrong choice of tyres but I kept it upright, gained more confidence and I’m happy. It’s been a long time since I’ve been at a race weekend with a smile on my face for this long.”
After the races, Toth left Aragon happy with his performance and nabbing two championship points by finishing 14th in Race 2.
“Our pace after the midway point was really, really good comparatively to the front guys we just lacked that jump at the start,” Toth said. “I had a shifter glitch in race one which set me back to dead last and I couldn’t get my rhythm initially, but I just had to keep a consistent pace which brought me back to nearly within reach of the points.
“We have to be happy because this is the best races we’ve had all year and I think we have to look at it as ‘this is how we’re starting, not how we are midyear.’ So, it’s not a bad way to come back after five months of not racing. It was very tough physically but we will focus on continuing our conditioning to be in the best shape possible for Valencia.”

After scoring seven podiums in nine races, Sara Sanchez (511 Terra&Vita Racing Team) achieved her first WorldWCR race win today, just snatching victory from championship leader Ana Carrasco (Evan Bros Racing Yamaha Team) across the line in a WorldWCR race 2 that didn’t disappoint.
Determined to recoup valuable championship points, Maria Herrera (Klint Forward Factory Team) moved straight into the lead when the race began, with polesitter Sara Sanchez hot on her heels. With the pair soon joined by Carrasco and Beatriz Neila (Ampito / Pata Prometeon Yamaha), it was this quartet of riders who took turns out front, exchanging places through almost every corner of this 12-lap showdown.
As Sanchez celebrated her maiden win, Carrasco and Herrera joined her on the rostrum, able to console themselves with another solid podium finish.
Having banked another 45 points this weekend, Ana is the Estoril round’s highest points scorer. Earning a tenth consecutive podium today, the Spaniard now holds an 18-point lead in the championship standings over Herrera, with one round left to run.
Third in Saturday’s Race 1, a tenacious Neila ran with the frontrunners from start to finish today, missing out on third by just 0.146 of a second to finish P4.
Also deserving of an honourable mention today are Italian Roberta Ponziani (Yamaha Motoxracing WCR Team), who ran with the frontrunners early on before ably managing the second half of the race to secure P5, and Pakita Ruiz (PS Racing Team 46+1) who ran a consistent albeit rather solitary race to conclude sixth.
American Mallory Dobbs (Sekhmet Motorcycle Racing Team), Mexican Astrid Madrigal (ITALIKA Racing FIMLA), Chilean Isis Carreno (AD78 FIM Latinoamerica by Team GP3) and Czech rider Adela Ourednickova (DaftMotoracing by Smrz) all boosted their respective points tallies by rounding out the top ten.
Lap 4 brought an unfortunate crash for Tayla Relph (Tayco Motorsport) while she was lying sixth and pushing to reach the frontrunners.
A difficult weekend for Jessica Howden (Team Trasimeno) ended prematurely after she crashed on lap 7.
Emily Bondi (YART Zelos Black Knights Team) served a long lap penalty in today’s race after receiving a sanction for irresponsible riding in Saturday’s Race 1. Chun Mei Liu (WT Racing Team Taiwan) was unfit to compete in Race 2 after a crash in Race 1.
With three riders still in with a shot at the championship title, the WorldWCR season finale will play out over the weekend of 18-20 October at the Jerez Circuit in Spain. With one round left to run, Carrasco (208 points) now holds an 18-point lead in the standings.
Herrera (190) and Sanchez (166) are the only riders still in with a mathematical chance of challenging Ana for the title at Jerez. Neila (136) and Ponziani (109) round out the top five.

The second race of the day for The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship got underway on Sunday afternoon as the riders faced a 21-lap race at the 4-kilometre Estoril Circuit. Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) had a flying start to the race as he took the hole shot into the first corner ahead of Andrea Locatelli (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) and Superpole Race winner Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati). Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) had a poor start at lights out, falling to fifth position behind Yamaha rider Jonathan Rea (Pata Prometeon Yamaha).
MACKENZIE, LOWES OUT: Riders crash in early stages
Misfortune for British riders Tarran Mackenzie (PETRONAS MIE Racing Honda) and Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team) struck during the opening stages of the Portuguese race, with both riders falling out of contention within the first 4 laps. But all eyes were on Championship leader, Razgatlioglu who recovered back into a podium position on lap 4, and once again proved his dominance as he displayed impressive overtakes to move into second and then first position ahead of Bautista on lap 7.
DUCATI DUO: Bautista and Bulega chase #54
Stablemates Bulega and Bautista exchanged positions as the #54 Turkish rider increased his lead at two thirds race distance, but it was Bulega who eventually took the reins into second and led the pair as they hunted down the lading BMW rider. Further back in the field, Garrett Gerloff (Bonovo Action BMW Despite) was forced to retire from his race after facing mechanical issues and despite impressive form in their Estoril weekends, Race 2 ended in disappointment for riders Iker Lecuona (Team HRC) who crashed out of contention from fourth place, and #55 Locatelli, who also ended his race in the gravel.
Out in front, an unstoppable Razgatlioglu wheelied across the finish line with an outstanding five second lead, as Bulega led #1 Bautista to complete the Portugal rostrum. Jonathan Rea missed out on a podium spot in third, whilst an exciting race battle between Michael van der Mark (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) and Xavi Vierge (Team HRC) resulted in the riders taking fifth and sixth positions. The Barni Spark Racing Team had reason to celebrate today as Danilo Petrucci won the Independent Riders’ title, crossing the line in seventh ahead of fellow Italian Andrea Iannone (Team GoEleven) who completed the top 8. The Championship winner will now be crowned in next week’s final round as the paddock heads to Jerez, but will it be Razgatlioglu or Bulega who rides to glory in Spain?

The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship delivered a thrilling 10-lap race at the Circuito Estoril on Sunday morning, as the riders took to the track under perfect racing conditions. Starting from pole position was Race 1 winner Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) who led the field from lights out, as Danilo Petrucci (Barni Spark Racing Team) chased down the Turkish rider into Turn 1, whilst Andrea Locatelli (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) and Jonathan Rea (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) battled for a top three position.
EARLY FIGHTS: a chaotic start to the 10-lap dash
Championship contender Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) was outside of the front pack in the early stages of the Superpole Race, and at the front, spectators witnessed close racing between Razgatlioglu, Petrucci, Rea and Locatelli as they displayed an exciting battle for the lead. Fresh from Saturday’s Race 1 win though, the #54 was determined to repeat his success, managing to gap his rivals and take a confident lead as the race began to settle.
HUNTING RIVALS DOWN: Bulega makes early gains
With the Championship title at stake, 24-year-old Bulega, increased his race pace in an effort to catch the leading group, and with eight laps of race distance remaining, overtook into second position, hunting down title rival Razgatlioglu whilst Yamaha’s Locatelli dualled with Petrucci for a potential rostrum finish. Despite a strong race start for Rea, he fell out of contention as he suffered a slow crash into Turn 10 with 6 laps remaining, making way for Spaniard Xavi Vierge (Team HRC) and Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) to move up the rankings.
CLOSEST EVER FINISH: 0.003s separate Bulega and Razgatlioglu
Finding some late race place was Ducati rider Bautista, who moved into third ahead of Locatelli and #9 Petrucci as the Superpole Race entered the closing stages. Stable mate to the #1; Bulega, also found some impressive speed, managing to close the gap on Razgatlioglu as the WorldSBK riders entered into the final lap. The race was to be decided on the final straight to the chequered line though, as Bulega entered the slipstream of #54, and stunned spectators as he claimed the win with just 0.003 seconds between the two. #11 also achieved a new race lap record of 1’36.178, as he shares the podium with Razgatiloglu for the 7th time this season.
REDDING 10TH: British rider completes top 10
Bautista improved on his performance from Race 1, achieving his 17th podium of the year as he claimed third place, whilst Locatelli led Petrucci over the line to take fourth and fifth. Alex Lowes (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK) was close on their tails in sixth, as Vierge and Race 1 podium finisher Iker Lecuona (Team HRC) took seventh and eighth. Italian Andrea Iannone (Team GoEleven) just pipped #45 rider Scott Redding (Bonovo Action BMW) to the chequered flag as they rounded of the top 10 in the Superpole Race.

Alex Lowes led the Sunday morning warmup in Superbike World Championship competition at Estoril over Xavi Vierge and Alvaro Bautista. With standing water in several places around the track, many riders opted to sit out the session.
Stefano Manzi led the morning warmup in the Supersport World Championship session at Estoril over Federico Caricasulo and Yari Montella. Valentin Debise was fourth, ahead of Lucas Mahias and Glenn Van Straalen.
Stefano Mesa converted pole position into a comfortable win in the featured AHRMA Pro Challenge race at Barber Motorsports Park. Mesa, riding a Boulder Motorsports Pierobon X80R with a Ducati 1198cc V-Twin Superbike engine, completed the 11-lap sprint 5.757 seconds ahead of Hayden Gillim on a Vesrah MotoAmerica Supersport Suzuki GSX-R750.

Tyler Scott on a Vision Wheel M4 ECSTAR Suzuki MotoAmerica Next Generation Supersport GSX-R750 finished third, less than a tenth of a second behind Gillim. Danny Eslick on a TOBC MotoAmerica Supersport Triumph 765 led early but finished fourth, and Gus Rodio on a MotoAmerica-spec and restricted Supersport Ducati V2 Panigale was fifth, ahead of Kyle Ohnsorg on the second Vision Wheel Suzuki.
