FIRST PERSON/OPINION Via e-mail: I wanted to let you know that Bret is doing fine. He is resting comfortably at home and looking forward to a full recovery over the course of about 6 weeks. He is wearing a neck brace for support, but is walking, talking, and moving his arms. He thanks everyone for their support and well wishes. He realizes that he is very lucky in such circumstances, but still loves and supports the sport of riding. Thanks to all! Desirea Ortega Chino Hills, California
