Suzuki has updated its popular Hayabusa sportbike’s braking system for 2013. The model now comes with radial-mount Brembo monoblock front calipers that have four 32mm pistons in each caliper instead of a pair of 32mm pistons and a pair of 30mm pistons in the Tokico calipers they replace. All 2013 Hayabusas will also come with standard Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS). The small ABS controller unit, which weighs just over one pound, according to Suzuki, will be located underneath the air box. The rest of the 2013 Hayabusa remains the same as it was in 2012. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the 2013 Suzuki Hayabusa is $14,399, and a special Hayabusa Limited Edition in a bright yellow paint job comes with an MSRP of $14,599.
