Reminder: Online Charity Auction Of Colin Edwards’ Riding Gear Ends Tomorrow

Cypress, CA Yamaha Motor Corporation U.S. is pleased to announce an another incredible opportunity to bid for a full set of racing gear from Team Monster Tech 3 Factory MotoGP star Colin Edwards. The gear will be presented, in person, by Colin at the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca during the weekend of July 3-5. All monies raised will benefit Feed the Children, Yamaha Motor Corporation’s charity. The Colin Edwards package includes a full set of gear worn by the American MotoGP Star, including Spidi leathers, his Arai Helmet, and Sidi boots and gloves. The winning bidder will also receive a pair of weekend three-day general admission passes to the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix, July 3-5 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, and hotel room for Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5. The winning bidders will also be invited on stage Saturday evening during scheduled concert ceremonies to receive their personally autographed gear directly from the Texas Tornado himself, Colin Edwards. “This is a great opportunity for a true race fan to get an actual set of riding gear from one of America’s favorite MotoGP stars” said Bob Starr, Yamaha’s General Manager of National Communications, “and one of the best parts of this opportunity is the fact that the monies go to such a worthy cause.” The auction will be conducted on eBay starting May 21 and continuing until May 28.
