MotoGP Bikes Do Demonstration Laps For 57,000 Spectators At Motorsport Fan Appreciation Day At Suzuka

TEAM SUZUKI ECSTAR GSX-RR UNVEILED AT SUZUKA 

The new Team SUZUKI ECSTAR GSX-RR made its first public appearance in new livery at the weekend’s Motorsport Fan Appreciation Day at Suzuka Circuit in Japan.

Some 57,000 visitors attended the popular event to see Team SUZUKI ECSTAR test rider Nobuatsu Aoki complete a track demonstration alongside 2014 All Japan Superbike Champion Katsuyuki Nakasuga (Yamaha YZR-M1) and 2013/ 2014 Suzuka 8-Hour race winner Takumi Takahasi (Honda RC213V).

Fans also got an opportunity to view the new GSX-RR up close during a pit walk and also poster giveaway promotion by Suzuki Motor Corporation and the team.

Said Aoki: “It was great opportunity to show our GSX-RR to a large crowd of people at Suzuka circuit and see so many excited fans with the performance of the MotoGP machine.
