Curtis Murray and RBoM Racing have reunited for the MotoAmerica Twins Cup season finale as the series heads to Barber Motorsports Park next weekend, Sept. 21-23.

After putting his RBoM Racing Suzuki SV650 on the podium at Road Atlanta and VIR earlier this year, with 3rd place finishes at both rounds, Curtis Murray recently tested his racebike during a WERA weekend at Road Atlanta and confidence is high heading to Barber.

Curtis Murray:

“The team put this bike up for sale after VIR but, surprisingly, there wasn’t much interest in it. Disappointing for the team but good for me. I’m happy that it didn’t sell because this RBoM Racing Suzuki SV650 is such a fun bike to ride and I’m looking forward to twisting the throttle again. The team made a few minor changes to it since VIR and it’s even better now. I hope the weather is good next weekend, because I love Barber Motorsports Park and I’m ready to rip.”

The Twins Cup championship is on the line, with only 2 points separating the two title contenders. Over 30 racers have signed up for the finale and quite a few “ringers” are on the list. A west coast vs east coast showdown, perhaps, with a diverse field of talent that should make for some great racing.

Practice and qualifying take place on Friday Sept. 21st and the championship will be decided when the green flag drops at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon.
