David Alonso was quickest during Moto2 World Championship Free Practice One (FP1) Friday morning at Chang International Circuit, in Thailand. Riding his Pirelli-shod CFMOTO Inde Aspar Team Kalex on the 2.83-mile (4.55 km) track, the Colombian recorded a 1:35.148 to lead the field of 28 riders.
Izan Guevara was the best of the rest with a 1:35.160 on his BluCru Pramac Yamaha Boscoscuro.
Filip Salac was third-fastest with a 1:35.245 on his OnlyFans American Racing Team Kalex.
His teammate and American Joe Roberts finished the opening session in 16th with a 1:35.917.
