Kenz JTrust Suzuki’s Keiichi Kitagawa wrapped up the 2003 All-Japan Road Racing Series JSB1000 Championship with a win Sunday, September 14 at Sugo.

Riding a Suzuki GSX-R1000, Kitagawa won the 25-lap race by over two seconds ahead of Honda-mounted Takeshi Tsujimura and his main title contender Atsushi Watanabe.

American Doug Polen raced a Moto Liberty Honda CBR954RR at Sugo in the Super NK class but DNF.
