AMA team testing at the annual Dunlop tire test at Daytona International Speedway is currently on hold due to a persistent light rain that has been falling all morning. There is no reason for the riders assembled to test in wet conditions at Daytona as AMA Pro Racing does not race in the rain on the 2.95-mile infield road course for safety reasons. The rain is not expected to last all day, and the DIS course has historically dried out relatively quickly.
