Buell Motor Company will not field any racebikes in the 2005 AMA Formula Xtreme series, according to Michael Barnes, who rode for one of the company’s support teams in 2004.

Barnes told Roadracingworld.com that the company has no budget for racing in 2005.

Roadracingworld.com was unable to reach Erik Buell for comment.
