Reparto Veloce Joining MotoAmerica Twins Cup Series With Dobbs & Alvarez
Reparto Veloce Racing in Chandler, Arizona is excited to announce its MotoAmerica Twins Cup debut with riders Mallory Dobbs and Gio Alvarez aboard Aprilia RS660s. They will be competing in the Twins Cup rounds at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and Virginia International Raceway as final developmental stages with sights set on a full 2027 MotoAmerica Twins Cup commitment.

Gio Alvarez made his MotoAmerica debut in the SC-Project Twins Cup class at Laguna Seca in 2025, earning two top-15 finishes. A multiple CVMA Twins Class lap record holder on his 2026 Aprilia RS660, Gio is now eager to continue building on that experience as part of the new Reparto Veloce Racing program. “I am incredibly grateful to Reparto Veloce and Colin for the opportunity to help build, develop, and race my 2026 RS660,” says Alvarez. “At this stage in my life and career, I am determined to prove that I can compete with the fastest riders in the country, even at tracks I have never seen before. I have always wanted the opportunity to race more MotoAmerica events and experience the sport at a truly professional level. This is one of the most exciting opportunities I have ever had, and I am committed to making the team proud.”
Mallory Dobbs has competed professionally in both the United States and Europe since 2023, racing in MotoAmerica Supersport, Mission Super Hooligan, and Twins Cup classes. She finished 10th overall in the Mission Super Hooligan National Championship and recorded a career-best 13th-place finish in Supersport. Most recently, Dobbs competed in the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship as part of the WorldSBK paddock, finishing 11th overall during the championship’s inaugural 2024 season and earning multiple top-10 results. She now returns to MotoAmerica eager to apply the experience and perspective gained while competing on the world stage.
“I cannot thank Colin, Gio, and the entire Reparto Veloce Racing team enough for the opportunity to return to the MotoAmerica paddock,” says Dobbs. “After racing overseas, I am incredibly excited to compete in America again, have fun racing, and take on a new challenge aboard the Aprilia RS660. I am eager to learn the bike, work closely with the team, and see what we can accomplish together. These two race weekends will bring a significant learning curve, but I am ready to embrace it and could not be more stoked for the new challenge!”
