WERA Posts Cash Purse For 600cc Superbike Races At Selected 2016 National Challenge Series Events

WERA PRO 600cc SUPERBIKE WILL HAVE A PURSE AT 5 PIRELLI/WERA NATIONAL SERIES EVENTS IN 2016!

In 2016 WERA will carry a purse at the following Pirelli/WERA National Challenge Series rounds in the Pro 600cc Superbike class: March – 20 – Roebling Road; June 19 – Cycle Jam at Road Atlanta; August 7 – VIR; August 28 – Grattan Raceway and September 25 – NOLA.

The payout will be $350.00 for first; $250.00 for second and $150.00 for third place. The class must have 15 entries on the grid for the purse to be paid – under 15 entries the purse will carry to the next round on the schedule. 20 or more riders on the grid the purse will pay to fourth – $75.00; 25 or more on the grid will pay to fifth – $50.00 30 on the grid will pay to sixth $25.00. Riders will receive a check at the event in winner’s circle with their trophy. This class is open to any Expert rider with a WERA license who has a machine that fits into our 600cc Superbike rules.
