Ride For Kids Event In San Antonio Raises $22,500 To Fight Childhood Cancer

San Antonio riders support kids with brain tumors

Kids with brain tumors in San Antonio received a boost from the motorcycling community on Oct. 16. The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s Ride for Kids event at Texas Pride BBQ in Adkins honored local Stars Heaven, Jocelyn and McKenzie.

“Thank you for making Heaven’s year with this ride,” said her dad.

The motorcyclists rode through the flatlands east of San Antonio before returning for a celebratory program. Special thanks to local task force leaders Street and Cupcake for organizing the event.

The event raised $22,500 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Read more and add to the total atwww.rideforkids.org/sanantonio. Fundraisers will receive incentive credit through Nov. 16.
